Fr. RI-297. This Crisp Unc. appearing note is well centered and printed within four jumbo sheet margins and it has vivid red and brown signatures. Apparently called less so for having a fiber in the paper at bottom left upwards “as made”, yet no actual folds are seen on this lovely crisp note.
