1862 Civil War Encased Postage Stamp, EP-82, HB-152, S-108a, Five Cents, HUNT & NASH, "Irving House," New York, RIBBED Frame, With a PHILATELIC FOUNDATION CERTIFICATE dated 8/19/1986, Very Choice Extremely Fine. Rated a Rarity-4 (31 to 40 known) according to Fred Reed. This choice very lovely example is of the always popular “Ribbed Frame” major Type.
