Rated as Rarity-4 (31 to 40 known) according to Fred Reed. The stamp is perfectly centered, dark vivid fresh green with mica that is clear, unbroken with just a couple trivial natural lamination from when inserted, overall virtually perfect with choice eye appeal. The case has virtually no wear, one tiny ding at the base rim edge, appearing natural rich deep golden-chestnut with darker tone within the sharp central legends on the reverse.
