Fr. DE-78. This note has the appearance and eye appeal of others recently seen at auction graded Gem CU 66 & 67. It appears too conservatively graded specially having four wide magnificent perfect margins on both sides and being equal or finer in quality to the Newman Plate Note illustrated on page 125 of the 5th edition. The centering is exceptional as is its the print quality.
