March 1st, 1770, Maryland Colonial Currency, Six Dollars, Annapolis, Choice Very Fine.
Fr. MD-58. A well centered note with nice outer margins printed on heavy laid period paper in rich black, fully signed in rich brown ink by Robert Couden and John Clapham. A very clean faced note with a typical centerfold, the reverse somewhat soiled. Printed by A.C. and W. Green, with “Tis DEATH to Counterfeit.”
