Fr. No number. Serial No. 417. Signed by George Slake (G.S.), the issuer of this rarity. Printed by Frances Bailey. Uniface, measuring 85mm x 51mm. Backed by an embossed piece of gray-blue card. Holder comment details; backed, stains. The face shows staining and show-through primarily from being backed on its blank reverse with vintage light blue paper. Extremely rare, most collectors have never seen an example, even those with extensive cabinets of Pennsylvania notes. Even the Eric Newman reference fails to have any example illustrated where listed on page 355 of the 5th Edition of 2008. Provenance: F.C.C.
